We keep basic service parts as well as a variety of less common parts in stock for the brands that we sell. If we do not have the part you need in inventory, we can order it for you and have it here quickly (depending on availability). Special order parts require that you provide the accurate model and applicable serial numbers to guarantee that the parts are correct. We will always do our best to help you find the piece that you need and get your equipment back up and running.

The majority of our brands offer excellent bid assist pricing programs that benefit organizations such as the ones listed above. We always welcome new customers that qualify for these programs.

• Power Equipment Sales & Service

If you are unable to transport your outdoor equipment to our store for service, we will gladly provide pick-up and delivery. The fees for these services depend on your location. For new lawn mowers and snow blowers, set-up and delivery is only $100 in our standard servicing areas!

We stand by our products with integrity and pride. When you make an equipment purchase from us, you can have peace of mind knowing that we will be readily available to perform any service and/or warranty work that may be needed. All units are registered by us after the sale, so you don't have to worry about getting on the computer and spending time doing it yourself. Our service department is always busy working to get your equipment back to you as soon as possible, and we work hard to keep our prices competitive and fair. Our standard labor rate is $90/hour, with a shop minimum of $45 (plus applicable tax).

Fall Service Special

One of the trademark services that we provide every year is our Fall Service Special. This service package is the perfect way for you to ensure that your lawn mower will be ready to go when the grass starts growing! Our trained technicians thoroughly go over your mower from front to back and perform any necessary service to help keep it running at its best. Pick-up and delivery are included!​

• Pick-Up and Delivery

Whenever you need chainsaw chains and lawn mower blades sharpened, feel free to stop by our store and drop them off! All sharpenings are done in-house, which means we don't need to ship them out. Most sharpening tasks are completed within a week, and cost only $9 each (for chains 25" and longer, or any chains/blades left on the unit, the cost is $11 each).
